Studying and living in THE LÄND: Three international students share experiences
Social media fans, take note! In a collaboration with career start bw, three students from abroad who chose THE LÄND as their study destination, give a personal account about their daily lives in the German Southwest on our Facebook and Instagram channel.
From information about lectures, exam preparations with fellow students, handling formalities to showcasing the cultural aspects of life in the region, three international students will regularly give a personal insight into their experiences in Baden-Württemberg by creating vivid social media posts for career start bw.
As one of the influencers writes on Instagram: “Heilbronn is a place where everything is magic when winter is coming. Christmas markets and Glühwein are the perfect combination if you want to go out, spending time with friends. But be careful while walking, it becomes slippery when it snows. Winter in the German Southwest is just another vibe.”
Interested students from around the world will learn about Baden-Württemberg’s diverse educational landscape since all three influencers study at different types of universities, locations and study levels:
- Faezeh Teimurirad from Iran is a Bachelor student of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik at the Hochschule Konstanz University of Applied Sciences (HTWG). Her study program is in German.
- Rebekah Lee from the UK is a Master student of Environmental Protection and Agricultural Food Production at the University of Hohenheim. She studies her program entirely in English.
- Camila Pasten from Bolivia is a Bachelor student of International Business at the Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences. Her courses are both in German and English.
